Have you ever noticed that life seems to start out rather simple
and progresses to more intricate layers?
The core of who we are remains the same.
Some days the layers just seem to overwhelm and obscure that core.
Some days I feel I need to simplify .
Others, I revel in the fact that I'm a W I P.
May this weekend be a recognition of the Perfect
Work In Progress that is you ... . .

I like the WIP acronym. I think we should all be works in progress, though I often wish progress happened more quickly. Also like you visuals!
Thanks,Lia .. .
I guess LIFE is a Work in Progress,
so we may as well see it as a Perfect Work of Art which grows and evolves.
I consider each of the pieces pictured as "completed" work - but, that's not to say they won't evolve to another level.
I'm already thinking of the next steps with each of them!
You continue to amaze me with your creativity!!! And, by the way, nice new profile pic!
Always intriguing and engaging, Judy. Beautiful work.
lovely, lovely and I love the celebrating the WIP...I have many of those, not the least of which is me! smooches
the best use of polaroids ever! brava!
what a really provocative piece of work...I am quite intrigued by it.
Lovely work, Judith! In my own work I also love to use a completed piece as a springboard to the next piece to form a series. Great header too.
I love these, Judith. Love all the textures, as always, and the safety pins are a real surprise. Beautiful new header too. Ready for the change of seasons? Bring it on, I say.

A wip that's me for sure...it does get a bit tedious at times tho doesn't it...we can try all we want to have a simple existence but those layers just keep jumpin out ambushing us!
WIP....oh yes, that would be me too, all of us I think?? xv.
yes, yes! I prefer to think of myself as a W.I.P.- much better than half-baked!
