Fairy Tale Green

Just because:

I'm obviously still dreaming of lush green
and
I adore this incredible David Lachapelle photo.

The intricate manicured maze ... . the vast perspective and
implication that the garden goes on & on beyond the horizon
.... .. the absolute luxury of that much space .

The incredible quilted dress.

Who wouldn't throw themselves on the ground
and scream ... . . Thank You
for the joy of being in this fairy tale for
even one fleeting moment.

Please, please .. . . . can anyone locate this garden?
I must add it to my personal places to
see before I die.

I posted an inquiry on this site:

www.maxhodges.com/

They said it was their sister Avalon in this shot (hope it's the truth!).
Maybe they'll reply?
Maybe I'm too gullible.

My guess is Giverny, France.

I just love Lachapelle's work! He's fantastic!
I also believe this is a french garden.

I love that dress! Mired in snow, dreaming of green, too.

I am enjoying your dreams of green ~
Right now all our green is under newly fallen snow....
Wonderful photo you share with us. Wishing you the best in finding it!

I think it's Versailles. Wonderful image!

I believe it to be the parterre at Château Vaux-le-Vicomte. Google it and see if you think it's a match.

Nice site.
