Sadly ... . Not much.
Unless - you take that dollar , cut it up and use the central George image as the face for a paper/ fabric doll.

Poor George! I'd wear a dress to if I was that bowlegged! Tee hee! Happy weekend, Judith!
I love this and if I had a dollar, I'd send it to you to doll up! I saw that you found my friend EB, isn't she fantastic? smooches
very nice indeed
In drag indeed! What fun! It's probably illegal to do too, which adds to the thrill!
Oh, what an imagination you have!
This is great!!! I love it!
Hmmm... I'm going to have to look at the Euros to see what imaginative things can be done! I once stuck euro cents in an abstract oil painting I did adding an interesting metallic touch... but using George's face is sheer genius! You're Interesting & Amusing, as always!

sadly with economy the way it is it's probably quite cost effective to use paper in artwork as opposed to purchasing ephemera! Love the doll!
So fun Judith - love George in drag, xv.
what great fun Judith. I wonder what George would have thought of his outfit. I have a post you might enjoy come over and see.
This is cute...loved it.
