Today's weirdness is tomorrow's reason why.So said my old Aspen neighbor ... .
Hunter Thompson,
who knew how to dance to his own drummer
and alter his reality.
My prediction for the coming decade:
Lots more altered reality.
May we all dance with
Joy
Great Grace
and Audacious Possibility !

This post was my absolutely favorite for thoughts in regards to the new year.
Wishing you a marvelous 2010 ~ deb
Perfect sentiments Judith...xv
You actually knew Hunter Thompson?!
hmmmm
I guess, now that I think of it, I'm not even surprised.
You are, indeed, filled with audacious possibilities. I look forward in the next decade to discovering more!
& more true now than ever. GT
Oh my , I'm having a Sally Field moment:
frankly thrilled you liked my New Years thoughts!
After posting this, I was nervous that I should have leaned to the side of gracious & eternally optimistic.
Truth be known ... . I feel it's gonna take some Audacious Tap Dancin' to take on the coming year.

As for Hunter ... . .
living in Aspen for 13 years, you pretty much got to know a rather star studded group. Don't get me started on name dropping - but, you might want to feed me a couple of shots of tequila and see what rolls out.
Dear Judith,
Happy New Year! Best wishes for a year of wonder and delight! I love your new banner. Is it the tulle you use in your mixed media pieces?
Judith- drop those names. have your read the Nicholas Haslam bio? gives dropping names a new vocabulary- I for one find it fun. the NH droppings are for the most part self deprecating or in context, loads of insight. that is what makes these blogs and posts fascinating I think, especially when we can learn or know something or someone better. Here's to more Name Dropping in 10!

whoa. you never fail to impress me! whoa. is all i can say. HST.
happy new years!!!!
