At Last . . . In the Spirit

It finally happened.
The spirit of the season has landed.
Perhaps it was the blanket of snow which started
yesterday and continues - ever so gently - this morning.

Mr. T is outside shoveling . . .
and I'm inside wrapping gifts & making
Christmas cards.

Loved this image of the ever fab Marchesa Casati ... . .
it really does seem as if she wanted to
BECOME
a Christmas tree .

Now that's truly getting in the spirit !

Beautiful image to capture the mood of the season, isnt' it funny how we can trundle along through life's list of things to do and then suddenly the mood shifts.

Happy holidays to you and your family.

Oh, my! But she IS a Christmas tree - all sparkly and shimmery and shiny!

Glad you're in the spirit! I'm allllllmost there.

I still need that one magic ingredient: cookies!

Which is being remedied TOMORROW!
